Cookie Butter Caramel Vanilla Cake
ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup cookie butter
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt

Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9-inch cake pan.

In a bowl, cream butter and sugar until fluffy.

Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla.
- 4.
Mix in flour, baking powder, and salt.
- 5.
Add milk gradually until batter is smooth.
- 6.
Pour half of the batter into the pan.
- 7.
Swirl in cookie butter and caramel.
- 8.
Pour remaining batter and bake for 35-40 mins.
- 9.
Drizzle with more caramel and serve.
