Brown Sugar Cookie Butter Vanilla Caramel Cake
ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup cookie butter
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce

Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9-inch cake pan.

In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.

In another bowl, cream butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy.

Beat in eggs and vanilla extract.

Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, alternating with milk.

Stir in cookie butter.

Pour batter into the prepared pan.

Drizzle caramel sauce on top and swirl with a knife.

Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
