ingredients
- 1 (12-14 lb) whole turkey, thawed
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1/2 cup mesquite honey
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste

Pat turkey dry, season with salt and pepper, and place in roasting pan.
