Creamy Beef Ragu Pasta

- 7.5ml olive oil
- ½ small onion, finely chopped

- 120ml tomato sauce
- 60ml beef broth
- 30ml red wine (optional)
- 2.5ml dried oregano
- 2.5ml dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 30ml creme fraiche
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
