A comforting casserole with pillowy gnocchi, tender chicken, and creamy sour cream sauce, baked to perfection.
ingredients
- 1 lb gnocchi
- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish

Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a casserole dish.

Cook gnocchi according to package instructions, drain and set aside.

In a skillet, cook chicken until no longer pink. Add onions and garlic, cook until translucent.

Stir in sour cream, chicken broth, and parmesan. Season with salt and pepper.

Add cooked gnocchi to the skillet, mix well. Transfer mixture to the casserole dish.
