Elevate classic fish bake with creamy herb-paprika sauce for a heartier meal.
ingredients
- 2 lbs white fish fillets
- 1 lb potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 cup peas
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 12.7 fl oz milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 oz grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp dill
- 1 1/2 tsp paprika
- Chopped parsley for garnish

Preheat oven to 190°C.

Boil potatoes until tender, add peas and broccoli, simmer 5 minutes, then drain.

Melt butter in a saucepan, stir in flour, gradually add milk, cook until thickened.

Season sauce with salt, pepper, Parmesan cheese, dill, and paprika.

Place fish in a baking dish, layer with cooked veggies, pour sauce over.
