Creamy Mushroom Spinach Risotto

- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste

In a saucepan, heat chicken broth over low heat; keep warm.
