Creamy Shrimp Pickle Bites with Spicy Cholula Soy Sauce

- 24 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 8 slices of pickle, chopped into small pieces
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 24 dumpling wrappers
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Cholula hot sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey

In a bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, chives, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Take one dumpling wrapper and place 1 shrimp on top. Add a small spoonful of the cream cheese mixture and a few pieces of chopped pickle.
