Crispy Miso-Glazed Air Fried Tofu

ingredients
- 1 block of firm tofu (14 oz)
- 2 tablespoons of white miso paste
- 1 tablespoon of maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon of grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
- Sesame seeds and green onions for garnish

Press tofu for 20 minutes to remove excess moisture. Cut into cubes or slices.
