Crispy Zucchini Fries

- 2 large zucchini
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder

- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
