Crispy Masa Trout Sticks
ingredients
- 1 lb fresh trout fillets
- ½ cup masa harina
- 1 cup yellow cornmeal
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 2 eggs
- Vegetable oil, for frying
