- 4 cups breadcrumbs
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 5 eggs, beaten
- Vegetable oil, for frying
steps
- 1.
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- 2.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, paprika, and cayenne pepper.
- 3.
In a separate bowl, beat the eggs.
- 4.
Dip each piece of chicken into the flour, then coat it with the beaten eggs, and finally, roll it in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
- 5.
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the chicken in batches until golden brown and crispy on all sides. Transfer the fried chicken to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 6.
Once all the chicken pieces are fried, place the baking sheet in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and has reached an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- 7.
Remove from the oven, allow the chicken to rest for a few minutes, and serve hot.
