- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- Cooking spray or olive oil for baking
