Veggie-Loaded Salmon Patties
ingredients
- 1 can of salmon
- 1 cup crushed crackers
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup carrots, sliced
- 1 cup bell peppers, diced
- Salt and pepper to taste
steps

Preheat oven to 375°F.

In a bowl, mix salmon, crackers, breadcrumbs, and egg.

Shape mixture into patties and place on a baking sheet.

Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.

Meanwhile, sautee broccoli, carrots, and bell peppers in a pan.

Serve salmon patties with sauteed veggies on the side.
