Diabetic Veggie Bacon Breakfast Sandwich

- 4 slices of sugar-free whole wheat bread
- 4 strips of turkey bacon
- 4 tomato slices
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 4 slices of red onion
- 8 black olives, pitted and sliced
- 2 teaspoons olive oil

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Place the turkey bacon on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until crispy.
