Double Chocolate Banana Oat Bars

- 1/3 cup melted dairy-free chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup applesauce
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup oat flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup dairy-free chocolate chips

Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a square baking pan with parchment paper.
