ingredients
- 2 cups Arborio rice
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup green peas
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 lb mussels, cleaned
- 1 lb clams, cleaned
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp saffron threads
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 6 hard-boiled Easter eggs
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

In a paella pan, sauté onion and garlic until translucent.
