- 1 egg, beaten
steps
- 1.
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 2.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté bell peppers, onion, carrots, and zucchini until tender. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Remove the skillet from heat and stir in cherry tomatoes, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, cooked chicken, ham, bacon, cranberries, apricots, and shredded cheddar cheese.

On the prepared baking sheet, arrange the crescent roll dough triangles in a circle, slightly overlapping each other, forming a ring.
- 5.
Spoon the vegetable and meat mixture onto the center of the ring.
- 6.
Fold the pointed ends of the crescent rolls over the filling, tucking them under to secure.
- 7.
Brush the beaten egg over the crescent roll dough for a golden crust.
- 8.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and cooked through.
- 9.
Allow the ring to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
