Egg Banana Oatmeal Muffins

- 6 ripe bananas
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 eggs

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.

In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas until smooth. Add the rolled oats, honey, vanilla extract, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, salt, and eggs. Stir well to combine.

Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups, filling each about 3/4 full.

Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
