Crunchy, protein-packed salad with a poached egg on top.
ingredients
- 4 cups mixed greens
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup feta cheese
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- Salt and pepper to taste
steps

Boil water and poach eggs for 4 minutes.
- 2.
Assemble greens, tomatoes, and cucumber in a bowl.
