ingredients
- 1 cup white rice
- 1 cup elbow pasta
- 1 cup lentils
- 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 2 large onions, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
steps

Cook rice, pasta, and lentils separately according to package instructions.

In a pan, sauté onions in olive oil until golden and crispy.

In another pan, combine diced tomatoes, garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for 10 minutes.

Assemble bowl with rice, pasta, lentils, chickpeas, crispy onions, and tomato sauce on top.
