- 4 Swai fillets (6 oz each)
- 4 whole wheat pita bread
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup sliced tomatoes
- ½ cup sliced red onions
- ½ cup sliced cucumbers
- ¼ cup chopped cilantro
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lime juiceFor the marinade:
