Spicy Korean stew brimming with kimchi, tofu, pork, and veggies.
ingredients
- 1 lb pork belly, sliced
- 2 cups aged kimchi
- 1 block tofu, cubed
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 tbsp gochugaru (Korean chili flakes)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- Green onions for garnish

Sauté pork, garlic, and onion in a pot.

Add kimchi, gochugaru, and soy sauce. Cook for 5 mins.

Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- 4.
Gently stir in tofu and simmer for 15 mins.
- 5.
Drizzle sesame oil, garnish with green onions.
- 6.
Serve hot with rice.
