Fragrant Beef and Onion Rice

This aromatic dish brings together tender beef, caramelized onions, and fluffy rice, creating a harmony of flavors. - 1 lb beef, cut into thin strips
- 2 large onions, thinly sliced
- 2 cups basmati rice
- 4 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 cups water

Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear, then soak it in water for 20 minutes.

In a large pot, heat 2 tablespoons of oil. Sauté the beef until browned. Remove from the pot and set aside.
