A flavorful and satisfying meatless spaghetti dish packed with fresh vegetables and savory marinara sauce.
ingredients
- 5 lbs spaghetti noodles
- 2 large onions, diced
- 8 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 zucchinis, diced
- 4 bell peppers, diced
- 4 carrots, shredded
- 2 cans diced tomatoes
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
