Herb-Infused Roasted Pesto
ingredients
- 1 head of garlic
- 1 cup bitter herbs (such as arugula, radicchio, or dandelion greens)
- 1/2 cup goat cheese
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
