ingredients
- 2 cups honey
- 1 gallon water
- 1 cup lemon purée (freshly squeezed lemons)
- 1 cup lime purée (freshly squeezed limes)
- 1 inch fresh ginger, grated
- 1 packet champagne yeast (or mead yeast)
- 1/2 teaspoon yeast nutrient
- 1/4 teaspoon acid blend (optional)
