Golden Sunrise Fonio Yam Medley

- 1 cup fonio
- 2 medium yams
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 cup mixed berries
- 1 medium banana
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Cut the yams into small cubes and place them on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg. Toss to coat evenly.
