- 1 lb chicken breasts, diced
- 1 bottle Trader Joe’s Thai Style Yellow Curry Sauce
- 1 can coconut milk
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- Jasmine rice, cooked
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish

In a large pan, heat oil and sauté onions until translucent.
