Grilled bell peppers, onions, asparagus, and sausage skewers brushed with a zesty marinade for a savory summer meal.

- 4 bell peppers, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 onions, cut into wedges
- 1 lb. asparagus, trimmed
- 1 lb. sausages
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp. honey
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp. dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
