Savory Ground Beef Stroganoff
ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 oz egg noodles
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
