A comforting and savory soup packed with tender cuts of mutton, pork, steak, and portobello mushrooms in a thick broth with flavorful vegetables. Perfect for warming up on cold days.
ingredients
- 1 lb mutton, cubed
- 1 lb pork, diced
- 1 lb steak, sliced
- 2 portobello mushrooms, chopped
- 8 cups beef broth
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 carrots, sliced
- 3 celery stalks, chopped
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp basil

In a large pot, brown mutton, pork, and steak.
