Joker's Jello Shots

- 3 oz package lime jello
- 3 oz package grape jello
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup cold water
- 1 cup vodka
- 1 packet pop rocks

In a bowl, dissolve the lime jello in 1/2 cup boiling water. Stir in 1/2 cup cold water and allow to cool slightly.

Add 1/2 cup vodka to the lime jello mixture and stir well. Pour evenly into shot glasses, filling them halfway.

Place shot glasses in the fridge to set for 1 hour.

In a separate bowl, dissolve the grape jello in 1/2 cup boiling water. Stir in 1/2 cup cold water and allow to cool slightly.

Add 1/2 cup vodka to the grape jello mixture and stir well. Let cool slightly and pour over the set lime jello layer in the shot glasses.

Place back in the fridge to set for 1 hour.

Right before serving, sprinkle a pinch of pop rocks on top of each shot for a fun and unexpected surprise.
