Korean BBQ Chicken Buns

- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons Korean BBQ sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic

- 4 small burger buns
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 2 tablespoons gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- Sesame seeds for garnish
