Spicy and savory stir-fried chicken with gochujang sauce, tender cabbage, sweet potato chunks, chewy rice cakes, and aromatic spices.
ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 2 cups cabbage, chopped
- 1 sweet potato, peeled and diced
- 10 oz rice cakes
- 4 tbsp gochujang paste
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- Salt and pepper to taste

Marinate chicken in soy sauce, sesame oil, and garlic.

Heat oil in a pan, stir-fry chicken until cooked.

Add sweet potato, cabbage, and onion, cook until tender.

Mix in gochujang paste, sugar, and rice cakes.

Stir well, add green onions, salt, and pepper.

Cook until rice cakes are tender, garnish with sesame seeds.
