Buttery shortbread with a zesty lemon layer and bursting blueberries.
ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
