- 4 liters fresh water
- 1¼ kilograms raw honey
- 1 whole lemon
- ½ cup anise leaves
- ½ teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon yeast

In a large pitcher, mix water and honey until fully dissolved.

Squeeze lemon juice into the pitcher and add the lemon peel.

Stir in anise leaves and nutmeg.
