- 1 packet Maggi noodles
- 1 cup mixed veggies (carrot, bell pepper, broccoli, and cauliflower)

- ½ tsp turmeric powder
- ½ tsp ground cumin
- ½ tsp coriander powder
- 1 tbsp oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
