This delicious omelet combines eggs, chicken, spinach, and avocado for a high-protein breakfast that will keep you full all morning!
ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup cooked chicken breast, diced
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 1/4 avocado, sliced
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
