Mediterranean Chicken Ravioli Delight

- 1 cup sundried tomatoes, packed in oil
- 1 shallot, finely chopped
- 1 cup pitted Greek olives, halved
- 24 oz cheese-filled ravioli
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
