Greek Sunshine Chicken

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.

Place the chicken thighs in a ziplock bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and massage the marinade into the chicken. Let it marinate for 20 minutes.
