- ¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 ½ tsp baking powder
- 1 ½ tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup whole milk
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup boiling water
- Green, brown, and red fondant for decorations
- Edible markers for Steve and creeper features
- 4 large cupcakes (for TNT)
- 1 cup butter, softened (for frosting)
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- ¼ cup milk (for frosting)
- Food coloring (green, brown, and red)

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans.

In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

Stir in boiling water until well combined; batter will be thin.
