Juicy whole ham coated in Dijon mustard, garlic, & fresh herbs.
ingredients
- 2 lb whole ham
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh herbs (rosemary, thyme, parsley)
- Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Mix mustard, garlic, herbs, salt, & pepper.

Rub mixture over ham.

Bake for 1.5 hours.
