Mustard Herb Ham
ingredients
- 2 lb bone-in ham
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 tbsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped
- 1/2 tbsp fresh thyme, finely chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
