Nutty Date Bars

- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 cup soaked dates (pitted)
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup chopped roasted peanuts

In a food processor, blend dates, peanuts, peanut butter, coconut oil, cacao powder, oat flour, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and sea salt until a sticky dough forms.

In a saucepan, combine soaked dates, peanut butter, coconut oil, maple syrup, and a pinch of salt for the caramel layer. Heat over low heat, stirring until smooth.
