- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp white pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt, to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
steps
- 1.
Cook the string pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the pork slices, season with salt and sauté until cooked through and lightly browned. Remove from the pan and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the chopped nuts and toast them over low heat until fragrant and golden. Remove half of the nuts and set aside for garnish.

Add the cooked pasta, sautéed pork, and the remaining toasted nuts to the cheese sauce. Toss gently to coat the pasta and pork evenly. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- 6.
Serve the nutty cheese and pork pasta hot, garnished with the reserved toasted nuts and a sprinkle of fresh parsley.
