Energizing muffins packed with flaxseed, walnuts, and cranberries.
ingredients
- 8 oz almond butter
- 2 large eggs
- 16 oz whole milk
- 4 oz honey
- 1/3 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/3 cup dried cranberries
- 6 oz flaxseed meal
- 3/4 cup rolled oats
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp salt
- Coconut oil

Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease muffin tin.

Combine almond butter, eggs, milk, honey, and vanilla.

Mix in flaxseed meal, oats, baking powder, soda, and salt.

Gently fold in cranberries and walnuts.

Divide batter into muffin cups.
