This succulent recipe combines the flavors of Turkish spices with juicy boneless porkchops, all while keeping it Paleo-approved.
ingredients
- 4 boneless pork chops (1 inch thick)
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground allspice
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh parsley for garnish

Preheat oven to 400°F.

In a small bowl, mix together all of the spices.

Pat dry the pork chops and sprinkle the spice mix generously on both sides.

Heat olive oil in an ovenproof skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the seasoned chops and cook for 3 minutes on each side until nicely browned.

Transfer skillet to the preheated oven and roast for about 8-10 minutes or until cooked through.

Allow to rest for a few minutes before serving.

Garnish with fresh parsley.
