Peanut Butter Chocolate Berry Cake

- 2 tsps vanilla extract
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1/2 cup fresh cherries, pitted and halved
- 1/2 cup fresh grapes, whole

Preheat oven to 350°F and grease two 9-inch round cake pans.

In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Add milk, oil, eggs, and vanilla, and beat until smooth.
