ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup protein powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup honey
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries)

Preheat oven to 350°F and line a muffin tin with paper liners.

In a blender, pulse oats until finely ground into a flour-like consistency.

In a bowl, mix oat flour, protein powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk together honey, mashed bananas, Greek yogurt, almond milk, and vanilla extract.
